Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order before shipping by contacting our customer service team.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which You canceled the order. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
You have 10 days from the date tracking shows your order was delivered to you.
Returned Items will be available only for Exchange. Refunds will NOT be provided. Original shipping cost paid by the customer will NOT be refunded.
The items must be in good condition and with tags.
If you receive a damaged item please leave the item in its original packaging, contact us within 48 hours at info@shopaveconcept.com and we will email you return instructions.
Before returning your item please email us to info@shopaveconcept.com
Once the item is/are received at our warehouse and the team checks its condition we will process your refund. This won’t take longer than 30 days since return is initiated
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.

A tracking number must be provided to info@shopaveconcept.com
Ave Concept is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, mishandled packages. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
All shipping charges are the costumer's responsibility.
